Krab Kings is hands down one of the best seafood spots I’ve been to. The food was fresh, flavorful, and seasoned perfectly, the kind of flavor that makes you stop mid-bite and look up like “yeah… this is it.” The crab was cooked just right, the shrimp were amazing, and the sauce is absolutely addictive. Portions were generous and everything came out hot and packed with flavor. On top of that, the customer service was great, friendly, fast, and professional. If you love seafood boils and real flavor, don’t even think twice, Krab Kings in Killeen, TX is the place. I’ll definitely be back.
My husband and I decided to try Krab Kings tonight for the first time. My husband had the large shrimp platter with Cajun seasoning and I had the small Shrimp with Lemon Pepper. The food came out relatively quick which was great! But the moment my husband handed me the bag so we could go back home, the aroma was AMAZING. If the aroma was a give away for how good the food was going to taste I was excited! And let me tell you, the aroma didn’t do it justice. The shrimp was cooked to perfection the seasoning was on point, the sausage was juicy, the potatoes melted in my mouth. 10/10 the best shrimp platter I’ve ever had. We will definitely be back to try the crab legs!
I will say, the crab legs were a little small. BUT they gave me an additional cluster, so no I have no complaints. I do prefer the food truck over the restaurant. The crab was so flavorful and juicy. I could’ve done with less potatoes but only because I couldn’t eat it all. They never disappoint and the service was fast. I waited less than 10 minutes. My go to spot from here on out. Don’t waste your time at hook and reel.
